Below is information you will need to schedule a bus for the event. Please make sure
you schedule your bus well in advance (at least 3 weeks before the event). You must
decide whether to use LAUSD buses or a bus from the approved bus list on the
following page.
Request Changes to Bus Reservations for Field Trip
- Your destination is Dodgers Stadium.
- Please make sure your pick up time is early enough to allow you to arrive to Dodgers Stadium no later than 7:30. Please plan accordingly
Schools are advised to arrange bus transportation for student trips with the
District’s Transportation Services Division. If booking an LAUSD Bus, all trips
should be:
- Monday - Friday between 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Requested at a minimum of 15 calendar days prior to trip date.
To organize a successful bus field trip, just follow these three simple steps:
Step 1: Complete the Online Field Trip Request Application
Step 2: Follow-up with your school administrator to approve the online application
Step 3: Log online to obtain trip confimation number after 5 business days
